A Seven-Level World View

World Spirit: Reality

Based on the order of the seven level world views, the sixth level, the world spirit, described the transition from the imagination of the world (in the sense of a Heaven of Ideas) to the reality. In the respect the Heaven of Ideas originates from the History Course, which has been supplemented by further elements and is embedded in the universe. The pictures which establish the starting point into the World Spirit take the other direction, namely from reality to the imagination of the world.

First of all reality remains limited to objects and matter and consequently excludes everything that has the character of a subject and is ascribed to a soul. The image that is supposed to symbolize reality shows the earth. The dilemma, if you want to symbolize reality, is that this is not possible in principle, because as finite spirits we can only perceive the image and never the unfiltered reality without our senses and other external tools.

Even if there are almost infinitely many discourses on reality in philosophy, I do not intend to outline them in detail, since the illustrations and not the words should enable an imagination of the reality and an imagination of the imagination. Philosophy can therefore not only be done with the help of words, but also (in simplified form) with the support of images.

Postscript: Alternatively, the universe, the sun, the atoms or any other object can also be used as a symbol for the earth. In the picture "Media" these are for the reasons of symmetry and aesthetics: Universe, sun, earth, atoms.
